Waterlase Express is a complete redesign and brand new venture in Biolase's product lineup. The process was to deconstruct Biolase's outdated UI - filtering it down to the most important aspects - then rethinking the design from scratch using this minimal approach. The innovative Color Wheel design became the focal point of the whole project, allowing us to give clinicians the ability to customize the Color Wheel menu to fit exactly their needs.
• Designed over 300 unique digital assets and graphic icons.
• Created expansive flowcharts and wireframes for each stage of the design.
• Worked with focus groups and clinical professionals to incorporate productive feedback.
